While we hope that everyone is hard at work on their competition entries, we do have a few reminders for students and teacher leaders.
Make sure you are following the competition rules, guidelines, and rubrics. Educators Rising WV follows the same category rules and rubrics as the national organization. You can find those under the competitions tab on the website menu.
To allow for more participation this year for chapters, West Virginia is allowing three entries per individual competition per school this year. All team events must have at least two students (and no more than four) per school to qualify. First and second place winners in all competitions are eligible to attend the Educators Rising National Competitions in Washington, DC.
Remember that all pre-submitted competition materials must be submitted by March 6, 2020 by 4:00 PM. Submissions may be made through Office 365 or Drop Box or through email.
